The service is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to subscribe to digital services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect your credentials, authentication methods and trusted devices. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and broker API keys.
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or security-compromising purposes. Any attempt to bypass protections, scan systems, extract data without authorization, share access, manipulate markets, resell signals or reverse engineer the service is prohibited.
The service provides technical tools for execution, configuration, monitoring and automation. Content and signals available on the platform are intended for informational and operational support. They do not replace your own analysis or the advice of a properly authorized professional when your situation requires it. The user configures their own strategies and may activate, modify, suspend or deactivate them at any time.
Orynela may evolve the interface, features, connectors, technical limits and access conditions in order to improve quality, security or compliance. Maintenance windows, temporary suspensions or feature withdrawals may occur without compensation when justified by security, compliance or platform stability.
Orynela may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the service, regulatory framework or market practices. In case of a material change, the user is notified by email or dashboard notification at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, in accordance with article L.224-33 of the French Consumer Code. A user who refuses the new terms may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Visual elements, trademarks, databases, interface components, algorithms, texts, documents, scripts and know-how remain the exclusive property of Orynela or its partners. No ownership right is transferred by simply accessing the service. Any unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The service may contain links to third-party websites or services (brokers, payment providers, community). Orynela has no control over such content and disclaims any liability for their availability, accuracy or privacy practices. The user is solely responsible for choosing their broker and must verify that it is duly authorized.
Orynela may suspend, restrict or close an account in case of breach of these terms, security risk, abnormal use, suspected fraud, legal obligation or a request from a competent authority. The user may stop using the service at any time, subject to the pricing terms of the applicable subscription. Upon account closure, personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data required for legal obligations or the defense of Orynela's rights is retained for the periods stated in that policy.
The user remains solely responsible for account configuration, broker choices, allocated amounts, entered parameters and any execution decisions that follow. Orynela does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or financial results. To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code, Orynela cannot be liable for market losses, indirect losses, loss of opportunity or damages caused by incorrect data, misconfiguration, third-party incidents or force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
