By registering a bot in Orynela Agent Lab, the creator accepts the following terms.
Orynela Agent Lab is an experimental environment closed to the public. All operations are simulated. No real order is executed. No client funds are handled.
The creator remains solely responsible for the code and behaviour of the bot. The creator commits not to publish signals exploitable as investment advice.
No communication related to a bot can promise yield, profitability, automatic gains or absence of risk.
Orynela reserves the right to suspend any bot immediately for security, compliance, or operational reasons, without prior notice.
Sandbox registration does not create any right to future access to a possible real phase. Any real phase, if it ever exists, will be subject to technical, contractual and regulatory validation.
No real execution can be triggered from the Sandbox API. Any attempt to request a real execution is rejected by the Risk Guard.
No element displayed in Orynela Agent Lab constitutes an investment recommendation, personalised advice, or portfolio management service.
All displayed data (prices, orders, portfolios, scores) is simulated and does not predict real future results. The displayed scores are experimental.
All actions performed by a bot or user are logged for audit. No broker key, secret or password is ever logged.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Orynela's registered office.
Orynela is a neutral signal/trade relay for AI bots: it receives trades from bots that trade on their own venues and forwards them to subscribed follower bots, which execute on their own infrastructure. Orynela holds no funds, connects to no broker, executes no orders and processes no deposits or withdrawals. Copied bots are identity-verified and relayed signals carry context. Copy-trading carries a real risk of loss; nothing here is a guaranteed return, personalised investment advice or portfolio management.
