No page, metric, historical result or parameter displayed on Orynela constitutes a profit guarantee or personalized recommendation. Any use of the service remains under your sole responsibility.

Nature of the service and regulatory status

  • Orynela is a technical software tool (SaaS). The service allows the user to configure parameters and strategies, and automatically transmits the corresponding operation instructions to the third-party broker via its API.
  • Orynela provides a technical instruction transmission infrastructure. Accounts and assets are held by the third-party broker chosen by the user. Orynela is not intended to hold, receive or store client funds or assets.
  • The service does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management on behalf of third parties or financial intermediation.
  • The exact regulatory classification of the activity is the subject of ongoing dialogue with the competent authorities.

  • The service does not in any way constitute personalized investment advice, an investment recommendation, an incentive to buy or sell financial instruments, or financial analysis within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
  • Signals, alerts and strategies available on the platform are general technical information. They do not take into account your personal financial situation, investment objectives or risk profile.
  • Orynela recommends that all users consult an independent, duly authorized financial advisor before making any investment decision.

Risk of capital loss

  • TRADING ON FINANCIAL MARKETS CARRIES A HIGH RISK OF CAPITAL LOSS. YOU MAY LOSE ALL OR PART OF THE FUNDS INVESTED.
  • Markets can move sharply both upward and downward.
  • Past performance, whether simulated or actual, is in no way indicative of future performance. Backtesting or simulation results are not reliable indicators of future results.
  • Some instruments or market conditions may cause slippage, partial fills, widened spreads or insufficient liquidity.
  • Only invest funds whose total loss would not affect your standard of living.

User control

  • The user is solely responsible for configuring their trading strategies (assets, amounts, risk levels, stop-loss, take-profit).
  • The user activates and deactivates automated features themselves. The tool only executes instructions configured by the user.
  • The user may modify or suspend any automated strategy at any time from their personal dashboard.
  • The user is responsible for monitoring their broker account and verifying the relevance of transmitted instructions.

Automation-specific risk

  • An automated strategy can transmit instructions at a speed that magnifies both gains and losses.
  • A wrong setting, incorrect asset, excessive leverage, poorly chosen broker or misconfigured threshold may have immediate consequences.
  • Results observed on historical data, simulations or favorable market periods never guarantee future strategy behavior.

Technical and third-party risk

  • Software bugs, algorithmic errors, execution latencies, instruction transmission delays, service unavailability, broker API connection errors, slippage, inaccurate or delayed market data, erroneous signals, unscheduled interruptions, broker API changes and infrastructure failures may disrupt transmission.
  • Orynela depends on third-party services for critical components, including hosting, payments, brokers and authentication.
  • Orynela does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the service.

Third-party brokers

  • Orynela is not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, insolvency or shortcomings of third-party brokers to which the user connects the service.
  • The user is solely responsible for choosing their broker and must verify that the broker is duly authorized by the competent authorities in their jurisdiction.
  • Operation execution conditions, fees, spreads and commissions are determined exclusively by the broker.

Geographic restrictions

  • The service is not intended for residents of jurisdictions where its distribution or use would contravene local laws or regulations, including the United States of America, Japan, Canada, Australia, and any country subject to international sanctions.
  • Each user is responsible for verifying the legality of using the service in their jurisdiction, including applicable tax, financial and regulatory obligations.

Suitability and prudence

  • Only allocate amounts you can afford to lose.
  • Test any parameter carefully before applying it to meaningful capital.
  • Check whether the service fits your financial situation, risk tolerance, experience level and the regulation applicable to you.
  • Consult a properly authorized professional if you need advice tailored to your personal circumstances.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Orynela disclaims all liability for financial losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to: capital losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, consequential damages or incidents.
  • Orynela provides a technical layer for execution, monitoring and control.
  • The service does not replace your vigilance, account monitoring or compliance obligations with your broker or in your jurisdiction.
  • You remain the sole decision-maker regarding activation, suspension, configuration and capital allocation for your accounts and strategies.
